My career has been shaped by a drive to challenge the limits of what’s possible - leveraging experience, insight, and curiosity to move businesses forward. I focus on optimising HR technology, processes, and engagement strategies to enhance efficiency, elevate employee experience, and strengthen team cohesion. There’s always a better way. Understanding capability is at the heart of how I lead. I’m passionate about uncovering what motivates people, why it matters to them, and how I can support them to deliver value to the business - while ensuring they feel valued in return.I\'ve had the privilege of working on some truly impactful projects throughout my career, with recent standouts including the successful relocation of our Head Office to a premium new location, the launch of a DE & I employee-led Culture Panel, the design and implementation of an HR Service Desk (Jira), the global rollout of our Employer Value Proposition…the list goes on.I thrive on building meaningful relationships at all levels of the organisation and crafting HR initiatives that create a culture people want to be part of - attracting and retaining top-tier talent.Check out some of the highlights in the Experience section below and feel free to connect if anything catches your eye.
