   Acquisitions of properly entitled real estate and development typically with relocatable self-storage units. Joint ventures with like-minded self-storage owners and investors.StoragePUP started as a supplier of mobile storage units to the general public. Late 2018 in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, we stepped in and immediately provided 100+ homeowners with portable storage units. Soon thereafter we joined forces with Gold Capital of Paducah, KY and provided an additional 200 portable units to assist the Hurricane Relief and Rebuild programs throughout Bay, Gulf and Franklin County. A simple business plan followed to include the acquisition of coastal city self-storage real estate with excess land; the land to house the returning portable storage units. This process is now becoming a trend and was recently coined “Relocatable Self-Storage” by a leading portable storage provider.We have grown to nine locations with relocatable units and an additional 600+ traditional self storage units and parking spaces primarily in Florida. Each location typically offering traditional self-storage, Boat/RV parking, on-site relocatable self-storage, and off-site relocatable self-storage (a/k/a portable/mobile/PODS).Our customers preference for air-conditioning resulted in the design of the industry’s first air conditioned relocatable self-storage unit in 2021 and was branded as coolPUP.We credit our growth and success to listening to our customers and valuing all business associations. With our growth, we have looked for ways to give back and show our appreciation to the communities where our facilities are located and donate dozens of units to numerous non-profit organizations. We have finely tuned our business model to focus on the acquisition of properly entitled real estate suitable for a simple development of relocatable self-storage units. We continue to have an interest in joint ventures with like-minded self-storage owners and investors.
