Hello, bonjour, and guten Tag! I am a support and operations team leader with experience spanning 5 years and 4 countries. While my studies focused mainly on languages, history, and geography, a huge share of my hobbies have always tech-based, leading to my career today, which combines all aspects of my education and interests. It began in a mid-sized town in France, where during COVID lockdowns, I set up a small business catering to people\'s IT needs. Over the course of a year and a half, I went from helping the elderly with basic tasks to helping SMBs perform IT infrastructure upgrades. My business was successful enough to achieve my goal of moving to the United States and launching a tech-based career here. Starting as a support analyst for Coinbase, I later moved to Ledgible, where I helped all aspects of the support department: configuring support infrastructure, establishing relationships with high-value clients, documentation/technical writing, client-facing educational video production, technical engineering and much more. Loving to keep busy, during that time I also helped part-time at Counseling Wise designing and automating operational processes, and completed various certifications including CompTIA A+, the CAPM and a whole bunch of Codecademy.Currently, I am the Technical Program Manager at Propexo, continuing to build up my cross-functional skills while providing high-value business automations in the world of PMS integrations.
