ABOUT HARRY PARK
Business and engineering don’t always mesh well, but I love to create and opportunities where they do!I’m part of a great company here at Power Bus Way: a premiere manufacturer in the electrical feeder industry. As VP of Sales & Marketing, my role is to rapidly produce accurate quotes for our customized systems and increase awareness of our products through both print and digital media.I’m an analytical kind of guy and there is no better analysis than data analysis! I have the uncanny ability of sifting through lots of data to identify underlying trends and devise strategies to capitalize on them. I have developed models that have: increased revenues by double digits, forecasted expected sales revenue, and increased cashflow. I have also created detailed templates to fully automate the quotation process, reducing hours of redundant work and human errors. I also have a passion in finding effective ways to communicate lots of data in a concise and clear manner: what\'s the use of number crunching if your audience doesn\'t get it? As a very hands-on type of person, I’m a self-taught expert of marketing tools like Google analytics, Google Adwords, Wordpress and InDesign. I have used these tools to jump from 30th (page 3) to 2nd overall in the Google search rankings, increase website visits by 300%, and create innovative print material that has never been thought of in the industry. While my current role mainly consists on the business side, I still exercise my engineering muscle by going through Canadian and USA code requirements and participating in standards meetings for both the CSA and NEC. I also participate in product development so I have an intimate knowledge of what goes into our products and can discuss both the technical and business advantages of our products. So if you are finding someone that can bridge that gap between technical and business, send a message over and we can discuss how I can help.
