About Harry Morgan
For more than 12 years, my practice has focused on internal investigations, compliance, and white collar criminal defense. As a member of PH\'s Band 1 FCPA practice, I have represented clients in connection with several of the largest FCPA resolutions in recent years. I have also helped clients successfully navigate post-resolution compliance monitorships, scrutiny from external auditors, and collateral investigations by development banks. My experience includes conducting dozens of internal investigations for clients in the Petrochemical, Defense, Aerospace, Pharma, Medical Device, O&G, and Tech sectors, involving conduct in Brazil, Portugal, Angola, India, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Dubai. In addition to focusing on corruption-related matters, I have represented individuals and corporations in connection with securities fraud and cyber-security matters. I have professional working proficiency in Portuguese and regularly conduct interviews in that language.
