As a Business Engagement Officer specialising in apprenticeships, I am responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with employers to support the development and delivery of higher and degree apprenticeship programmes. I work closely with businesses across a range of sectors to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored apprenticeship solutions aligned with industry standards and academic frameworks.My role involves end-to-end stakeholder engagement. From initial outreach and consultation through to onboarding and ongoing support. This position requires a strong understanding of the apprenticeship landscape, funding models, and government policy, alongside excellent relationship management and communication skills.
