Supervise, train, and develop a team of military and civilian multimedia visual information subject matter experts to support activities necessary to meet Chairman Joint Chief of Staff priorities through personal/electronic engagement at the senior level.• Responsible for all phases of work direction, oversight, management, and supervision of the Deputy Directorate for Current and Integrated Operations, Operations Briefing Branch\'s personnel, operations, and resources.• Plan, prepare, and conduct a wide range of complex, high-pressure, fast-paced, and high-level priority special assignments and projects, including extensive research and fact-finding to develop visual communication objectives.• Direct design teams on the content of visual information products and production teams that produce original overall designs, maintaining the highest quality of products on large-scale projects.• Organize and lead preparatory sessions, consulting with General and Flag Officers to ensure that the visual information content and presentation methods achieve their goals and objectives.• Plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term/long-term priorities, and direct the actions of subordinate personnel to coordinate the planning, development, and execution of MMNI operations.
