I am the Director of Sales at Brio Water Technology. I lead national sales strategy, dealer development, and account management across wholesale, e-commerce, and international markets. With more than 14 years of experience in sales leadership, I manage teams, build programs, and drive growth through strategy, training, and long-term relationship building.One of my key responsibilities is overseeing the LAGO Dealer Program. I guide partners through onboarding, discovery calls, NDAs, and contract execution. I also lead product presentations, dealership training, and sales enablement to make sure our partners have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.I am actively involved in trade show planning, product launches, and international expansion. I work across departments to refine pricing structures, align sales processes, and create scalable systems that support both short- and long-term growth. Recent highlights include expanding our dealer network, developing complete training materials, and increasing revenue across multiple channels.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University–Los Angeles.
