Process Alarm Management Software Consultant @Shell

During the past year, I worked on contract to Shell, defining the next phase of their process alarm metrics and analytics software architecture. My role was to analyze the current alarm performance architecture, defining optimum roadmap going forward, including budgetary estimate for pilot testing and global deployment.The end result of this effort produced a proposal benefiting Shell worldwide production operations, as well as providing an order of magnitude improvement of process alarm data and infirmation data quality to data consumers in the Shell Digitalization space. Working with Honeywell, the effort resulted in a new digital data export feature to be released in HFAM 2.2.2 I\'m extremely proud of this outcome, which will have wide-ranging value impact for Shell as well as the global manufacturing community.
