At wagamama I lead recruitment across the South Region, covering the South West, South East, London, the East of England, and parts of Wales and the Midlands. My focus is on connecting the right leaders with the right opportunities, ensuring every hire strengthens both the team and the wider business. I work closely with people business partners, talent partners, and area managers to map future talent, plan succession, and nurture leadership development with a strong focus on long-term growth. A key part of my role also involves supporting new restaurant openings, managing mass recruitment to build entire teams from the ground up and setting them up for success from day one.
