Creation and management of the BA organisation/community within Fragomen’s GDL group. GDL manage Fragomen’s growth platforms including Nomadic and their global WorkRight solution. I am the lead Product Manager on the global WorkRight solution, managing roadmaps for deliverables, production of PRD\'s, definition of product strategy, value propositions etc and supporting the go to market strategy. I directly manage a team of BA\'s and Product Owners, defining ways of working and managing resource capacity.
