Product and Rate Administration\'s (PRA) primary role is to analyze and resolve automated group set up exceptions within the enrollment process; monitor and perform non-automated group setup activities; resolve complex group setup data issues and assist in the implementation of new End-To-End Enrollment initiatives, capabilities and/or processes in order to enable group billing, reporting, enrollment, and maintenance in a timely cost-effective manner.PRA Associate and/or Analyst performs in-depth research and analysis to identify the root cause of group setup exceptions and evaluate data integrity for all Lines of Business including Large and Small groups, Medicare, State Groups, and Consumer (O65) to ensure accurate processing in accordance with divisional goals. This role is also expected to understand and ensure group structures, benefits, and rates meet regulations established by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) as well as the Center for Medicare Services (CMS). In addition, this position will lead or participate in efforts to define the scope and methodology for projects and develop and administer programs, and audit processes and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, laws, and government relations.
