Director of Science and Research at Heights. Current Principal Investigator leading a BBSRC Funded Nutrition Report Grant. Previously headed the COVID-19 Clinical Research Laboratories at Guy\'s and St Thomas\' NHS Foundation Trust and sat on the Vaccine and Trial Management Board for the Trust, during the pandemic.PhD. Human Nutrition and Population Health, School of Biomedical Sciences, Ulster University. MSc (Distinction and Commendation) and BSc (First Class Honours), University of Exeter. Registered Member of the Royal Society of Biology and sits on the Scientific Review Panel for the Pernicious Anaemia Society.Awarded the STEM for Britain Biological and Biomedical Sciences Bronze Award and Nutrition Society Award (2025) from the Parliamentary & Scientific Committee. Scientific research published in leading journals, including the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and a number of expert commentaries in leading news outlets, including the The Telegraph, The Independent and The Sun.
