ABOUT HARRY GLOSSOP
I\'m a senior Data and AI leader with 15 years of experience operating across consulting, telco, retail, energy, and FMCG - building analytics functions from scratch in organisations where the data capability lagged behind the commercial ambition. This has given me an understanding of data functions from designing the architecture, interrogating pipelines & workflows, to building AI products.I\'ve led direct teams and cross-functional delivery programmes of up to 45 people and have worked for small, agile firms as well as multinational corporations. I recently completed the Oxford AI Programme in 2025, and hold an MBA where my dissertation was on embedding data as strategic infrastructure, this was also the subject of a talk I held at the Technology for Marketing conference in 2024.
