ABOUT HARRY FRISCHER
I am an attorney serving as Chief Counsel for Children’s Rights, a national nonprofit that advocates on behalf of abused and neglected children who are being harmed by our broken child welfare, juvenile justice, education, and healthcare systems. As Chief Counsel, I head teams of attorneys representing children in class action litigation in various jurisdictions throughout the United States seeking structural reform of these systems. Prior to joining Children’s Rights, I was in private practice for more than 36 years, retiring as a partner of Proskauer Rose in 2016. While in private practice, I guided clients through complex litigations, arbitrations, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings involving the financial services industry among other industry sectors. I have tried cases in federal and state courts, conducted arbitrations before FINRA, the American Arbitration Association, and other arbitration forums, and argued appeals in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals and state appellate courts.
