I work as a client-side Project Manager and Consultant, helping clients deliver projects that are often complex, fast-moving, and full of moving parts. I represent the client’s interests from start to finish making sure everyone’s aligned, things stay on track, and there’s always someone keeping an eye on the bigger picture.Over time, I’ve become a go to contact for clients someone they trust to manage relationships, handle the day-to-day challenges, and keep things calm when things get busy. I enjoy the people side of projects just as much as the delivery, and I try to bring a clear, honest, and collaborative approach to everything I do.Whether it\'s a digital transformation, business change, or operational rollout, I’m comfortable working across teams, managing multiple workstreams, and adapting to whatever the project needs. I like creating structure in messy situations and helping clients make decisions with confidence.At the end of the day, I care about doing a good job for the client, the team, and the Project.
