ABOUT HARRY DENT
Chartered Town Planner working on Development Consent Order (DCO) projects, as well as other major infrastructure projects through the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA).I am on the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA) Council, and I am active in engaging with colleagues across the infrastructure industry. Through my position at WSP and NIPA, I have engaged with Government consultations on planning reform and I have presented at conferences to share industry insights.
