Other experience includes; Central London Office Agency- Provided Landlord clients with agency and disposal advice across Central London. Central London Investment- Based in the City of London, advising on acquisition and disposal of commercial assets across varying investment profiles for a number of international and domestic property company, Institutional and private investor clients.Commercial Valuation- Undertook valuations in London and the south east across commercial and residential assets and developments, principally for loan security purposes on behalf of a variety of institutional banks and lenders. Corporate Account Management - Global Occupier Services- Provided strategic advice to large institutional clients on major corporate mandates to optimise portfolios and deliver on commercial objectives, such as cost mitigation, relocation and ESG strategy.In 2023, I graduated from the University of Reading (The Henley Business School) with a Distinction in MSc Real Estate.In 2022, I graduated from Newcastle University and achieved First-Class Honours in BSc Agriculture with Farm Business Management, whilst also achieving the Godfrey Turnball award and the Agricultural Student of the Year award, for the highest mark in the School of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences at Newcastle University.
