I’m an in-house Recruiter supporting Shell’s Trading & Supply business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a complex, global and highly regulated environment.My role covers full lifecycle hiring, from role scoping and market insight through to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a strong focus on quality, pace and candidate experience. I work closely with Hiring Managers, HR, Reward and Mobility to ensure hiring decisions are commercially sound and aligned with broader workforce needs.Alongside delivery, I bring a data-led approach to recruitment, using insights to inform hiring strategy, improve processes and support decision-making. I’m comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities and acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.I’ve also worked on initiatives beyond core delivery, including programme design and process improvement, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure recruitment supports both immediate business needs and longer-term capability building.
