   Per October 2017 also took on the responsibility for renewable electricity for DSM globally- In addition to implementing the North America Purchasing organization, also started implementing the same for Latin America - Reorganized the Indirect Purchasing organization in North America, fully aligned with the stakeholders in the business, and continuously delivering strong year over year savings- Scope in North America is 30 sites, spread across the country after integration of the recent acquisitions- Implementation of a 4PL for outbound road transport of all businesses (including duty drawback opportunities)- Implemented “beyond savings programs”, bringing supplier solutions to the business and focusing on TCO improvements- Professionalized the organization by implementing SAP-SRM, Ariba, Docusign for all sites in scope- In 2016, implemented a preferred supplier program, creating more leverage and reducing complexity through supplier reduction (30% reduction and doubled the spend towards preferred suppliers in 2016). In addition, added catalogs and pricelists and realized a level of >75% fully automated purchase orders in Q4 2016- Since January 2017, combining North America and Latin America into one organization for the Americas. Leveraging an untapped potential- Per October 2017 additional responsibility of renewable electricity for DSM globally
