When I left school I began to work on a construction site with my dad passing him tools as I aspired to one day be like him. fast forward 6 years and I was working independently as a fully qualified carpenter. Throughout the years I was working with my dad I learned way more than how to put up a wonky shelf! I learned that with hard work (and several cups of strong coffee) you can achieve a lot more than you ever thought was possible. Over time, I also realized that I have a deep passion for helping people reach their full potential. That\'s what led me to become a tech recruiter. Now, instead of breathing in sawdust or accidentally hitting my hand with a hammer, I help people shape their careers and achieve their personal goals, guiding them through their own journeys to success. I also find vibe coding very fun :)
