Xpert Education is a rapidly expanding teaching recruitment specialist. We are committed to excellence and place a huge emphasis on maintaining successful and communicative relationships between clients and candidates in order to ensure a high quality service, continuity and retention of staff. The resource division works proactively to ensure that we have a pipeline of candidates through all available mediums; universities, job boards adverts and alerts, recommendation and referrals. We work closely with the sales teams to build strong, trusted relationships to ensure the continuing expansion and success of the company- CV writing- Making an assessment of candidates potential through interviewing - Registering teachers and chasing all relevant compliance documents- Ensuring we have a strong pool of quality teachers cleared and registered- Arranging University career fairs, managing attendance and communicating with the candidates after to ensure they are aware of the next steps - Attending teacher interview days to interview teachers and get them registered for work - Building a pipeline of quality teachers - Using job boards to look for teachers and support staff- Setting up Job board alerts and posting adverts to secure candidates- Networking with teachers for referrals and recommendations- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the sales team ensuring they have my full support to fill vacancies
