ABOUT HARRY BRADY
I am a Mechanical Engineering w/ Nuclear Graduate from Imperial College London with a passion for Data Engineering. Working as a Data Engineer for my current firm, I developed our first Cloud Data Warehouse (BigQuery) that formed the backend of all analytical & reporting work within the company. Using a modern data stack: Airflow (Cloud Composer), dbt, FiveTran, Docker, Kubernetes & Terraform, I loaded data from disparate datasets to a central repository that powered our Tableau reporting tooling and analytical workloads.Throughout the process I worked using best practice Software Engineering principles such as unit testing, version control, OOP & Functional programming. This minimised technical debt and ensured the smooth running of pipelines coded in Python.Alongside the data engineering work, I continued performing complex ad-hoc analysis related to sales projections, stock optimisation and RFM customer modelling using K-means clustering through Pandas.
