   Spearheaded contract manufacturing operations for private-label personal-care, beauty and fragrance brands, including formula development, packaging sourcing, regulatory compliance and commercial production. • Oversaw production of multi-million units annually across skincare, haircare, bath & body and fragrance categories. • Enabled launch readiness for emerging and legacy brands into major retail chains (big-box & mass-market) and e-commerce platforms, and reducing typical time-to-shelf. • Implemented process improvements, lean manufacturing initiatives and automation to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and scale cost-effectively. • Led sourcing of global packaging, coordinated regulatory submissions for cosmetic compliance (including domestic export), and managed large-volume private-label contracts from concept through to retail shelf. • Built cross-functional teams (R&D, packaging, supply chain, QA/­regulatory) to support turnkey solutions and act as extension of brand owners’ teams.
