The total MEP value being circa £160m for all the projects worked on so far. Obtaining quotations from the marketplace and challenging costs and quantities provided by the subcontractors.Education• Ellison Institute, Oxford Campus: Producing bill of quantities for the MEP items required for the project. Producing a cost plan alongside the MEP contractor and challenging the subcontractors schedule of rates. Being able to effectively reach agreements on rates to be used for the duration of the project.
