As the first Northeast Regional Development Director for United Hatzalah, I oversee all operations for the Northeast Regional Office of United Hatzalah of Israel, supporting the mission and values of the organization through effective fundraising and relationship-building efforts. I work closely with senior leadership and local lay leaders to develop and execute strategies that advance our mission and engage key stakeholders. Additionally, I focus on cultivating relationships with major donors and ensuring top-tier stewardship for our supporters. Grew fundraising in the region from $180k to $3.2M in the first year by securing major gifts from individuals and foundations. Develop and manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($10k+), building on existing relationships and bringing in new supporters. Coordinate and execute cultivation events, including parlor meetings, dinners, and large-scale events, overseeing all logistics and follow-up. Established the first New England Regional Advisory Committee to support regional fundraising initiatives and foster long-term partnerships.
