About Harry A. Kemp
Since joining Lear in 2009, I have been fortunate enough to lead several functions within the company, and now serve as Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for Human Resources; Legal; Ethics and Compliance; Environmental Social and Governance (ESG); Corporate Relations; and Marketing and Communications. It is a privilege to be a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way for Southeastern Michigan, as well as a member of the National Advisory Council to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. I am proud to lead Lear’s global team in growing our talented workforce, helping us advance on our sustainability journey, and expanding our winning and ethical culture.
