Abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents of US, UK and EU such as\\\\nleases, amendments, subleases, termination agreements, etc.\\\\n Input lease data into lease abstraction/accounting platforms like Leverton, ProLease,\\\\nMRI etc. Lease Abstraction domain specifically in US Real Estate industry back-office\\\\noperation ranging from Office, Retail and Industrial Portfolio.\\\\n Review peer abstracts to ensure all critical lease data is captured and entered accurately\\\\ninto accounting/lease system platform including tenant billing information, lease dates,\\\\nsquare footage, recurring charges, lease option, etc.\\\\n Track and work with internal client stakeholders to obtain required documentation related\\\\nto development milestones, rent commencement notices, etc.\\\\n Review and maintain Consumer Price Index tables and process annual CPI rent escalations.\\\\n Maintain and update tenant/landlord naming & use descriptions for reporting purposes.\\\\n Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders.\\\\n Quality Check of the leases done by first line reviewer and gave feedback\\\\n Prepared query report for interaction and negotiation with client.\\\\n Assigned documents to the 1st line reviewer for abstraction and update the tracker.\\\\n Also update the team and arrange meetings if any latest development comes in the\\\\nproject\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
