Oversee the team’s fiscal planning and financial operations. This includes preparing budget proposals, advocating for funding at Student Government budget meetings, and fostering a collaborative relationship with the Budget Committee. Additionally, I manage the club’s Touchnet store, coordinating merchandise sales, spring break payment submissions, and member dues. This involves organizing communication strategies to keep members informed about payments and deadlines. As crew is a financially demanding sport and our club receives limited funding from the school, my relationship with Student Government is pivotal in ensuring long-term stability. In addition to overseeing financial operations, I serve as the liaison between the program and Student Government. I ensure the club’s administrative goals are addressed by attending board meetings, participating in S.C.O.R.E. workshops, and collaborating with sports club administrators to convey the direction of the team.
