ABOUT RICHARD HARRISON

I have 25 years experience in Customer Success strategy, digital transformation, project management, collaboration solutions consultancy, saas platform implementation, saas platform training and saas product development within technology businesses across the construction, energy, public health, social housing, and education sectors.Experienced Co-Exec and Senior Management Team professional I help shape business direction and strategy. I have a strong commercial awareness having been responsible for the P&L and Capital budgets attributed to the roles I have had. I aim to recognise early returns on investments while producing the best margin possible without sacrifice to quality and customer satisfaction. I always seek to develop strong relationships with the commercial and finance team leads to ensure I am kept on track.I promote a people first attitude combined with the effective use of technology to ensuring a business operates efficiently and successfully. Quality data and the use of data science is now essential when working with large volumes of customers to become fully aware of the transaction behaviour that will focus activities on delivering value to customers, increase process efficiencies, reducing costs and drive up revenue.Leadership is my core focus. I develop motivated, dedicated teams that ensure customers requirements and expectations come first. I expect everyone in a customer facing role to be an ambassador and must demonstrate core business values at all times. When conflicts occur, I seek a quick resolution through immediate consultation with those involved. Team goals are an essential element to my leadership ethic and of course keeping it fun to keep engagement and motivation high. Architecture remains my passion having completed several domestic restoration projects. I am no historian but preservation is hugely important to me whilst accepting sympathetic modern enhancements where appropriate.
