Early in my career, I discovered how much I enjoy helping people and organizations navigate change. That spark came from watching teams hit roadblocks and realizing I could play a role in helping them move forward with the right tools, processes, and mindset.Over the past 16+ years, that interest has grown into a passion for transformation. Today, I work with companies to revolutionize and scale through technology, automation, and proven frameworks that make growth sustainable.In my current role at KPMG, I help clients across industries, ranging from consumer & retail to tech and energy, leverage Workday and other best-in-class solutions to streamline operations, empower teams, and deliver measurable results. My focus is always on people first: enabling success, building trust, and coaching teams through change so they feel ownership and confidence in the journey.I partner with leaders who want to align their business and technology strategies, manage complex change, and create environments where people can thrive.Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and dad, an avid soccer player and fisherman, and deeply involved in recovery and mental health advocacy. I’ve been sober since 2007, and I spend time mentoring others through recovery coaching and community support.
