Support the Horizon Scanning, Demand Signalling and Innovation Business Development function within the Innovation, Research and Life Sciences Strategy Team- Develop NHS Innovation Strategy & Partnerships: Create strategy, guidance, and advice for NHS organisations on innovation partnerships with industry and researchers- Engage Key National & System Stakeholders: Engage collaboratively with national bodies (NHS England Commercial, MHRA, NICE, NIHR, UKRI) and system partners (ICS/ICBs, HINs) to align policy, regulation, and funding opportunities- Navigate Complex System Change: Apply understanding of current system dynamics, including NHSE/DHSC integration and evolving ICB structures, to inform partnership strategy and feasibility assessments- Identify & Address Innovation Barriers: Analyse the innovation landscape to pinpoint challenges for adopting new technologies and medicines within the NHS- Shape Policy & Guidance for Innovation Uptake: Develop actionable policy and guidance to improve commercial processes, investment opportunities, and value generation for innovations- Support Horizon Scanning & Demand Signalling: Contribute to identifying future NHS needs and potential high-impact innovations.
