ABOUT HARRISON RYAN

Hello! I am a General Manager and MBA graduate from Concordia University Ann Arbor, where I completed my degree in May 2025 with a 3.97 GPA and a concentration in Leadership. Over the past five years, I balanced collegiate baseball with earning my Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees. That experience shaped the way I approach discipline, communication, and accountability in both athletics and business.I currently lead operations for Super Soccer Stars in Chicago’s North Shore and Barrington. My role focuses on growing the region through school partnerships, community relationships, team leadership, and day to day execution. I am responsible for building the business while maintaining the quality and culture that families expect.Athletics has always been a major part of my life. The lessons I learned through sports continue to influence how I lead. I believe strong teams are built on consistency, preparation, and trust. The same principles apply in business. Whether managing people, developing partnerships, or driving growth, I value ownership and long term thinking.I am motivated by building organizations that create real impact in their communities. I enjoy environments that require responsibility, clear communication, and the ability to adapt when challenges arise.I am always open to connecting with others in sports, business, and community leadership.
