ABOUT HARRISON S KARP

As an Executive Director and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, I partner closely with affluent families, business owners, members of the hedge fund community and other financial professionals to guide them in integrating the financial disciplines of wealth into one integrated scenario. I draw from the strength of my capital markets background to help navigate the risks that accompany significant assets and help manage them over multiple market cycles.I take a holistic view of each client’s financial situation, looking not only at their day-to-day needs, but also planning for generational wealth transfer and a portfolio that reflects their goals. I am highly adept at identifying, defining and structuring a wealth plan and coordinating specialist resources across the balance sheet—banking, customized lending and asset management overlayed with trust, estate and tax advisory. Over my two decades in the industry, I’ve gained insight and perspective working at both large and small firms. I began my career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Citicorp Securities’ prestigious BA program, and my strengths include financial analysis, risk management and portfolio strategies. A veteran of Wall Street, I connect like-minded people for a synergistic exchange of ideas. Now in Palm Beach, I play a valuable role in expanding J.P. Morgan’s presence in the area.
