I’ve spent most of my career in operations, solving problems, building teams, and keeping things moving. I had the chance to do that at Amazon, where I learned a lot about scale, leadership, and how to stay calm when everything’s on fire.More recently, I served as VP of Operations for a mid-sized food manufacturing and distribution company in Sarasota, FL. That role was much broader, overseeing everything from logistics to production to people, and it gave me a deeper understanding of how a business really runs. I spent a lot more time with financial statements, P & Ls, and making decisions that directly impacted the bottom line. It stretched me in the best way.I like figuring out how things work and how to make them work better, whether it’s a warehouse process, a hiring plan, or a team that needs a little more direction. I care about clarity, follow-through, and helping people do their best work.Outside of work, I’m a real estate investor and personal finance nerd. I enjoy thinking through long-term strategy and building systems that actually work. I also spend a lot of time being a dad to three amazing girls, which keeps everything in perspective and reminds me daily why this stuff matters.I’m slowly exploring what’s next and open to thoughtful work, good people, and opportunities that align with how I want to spend my time and energy.
