I have over 30 years of experience in the health and beauty care industry focusing in Cosmetic Formulation including natural (NPA) and USDA Organic. I have strong knowledge in formulating / scale up of pilot and production / QC and QA of Health care and personal care products.Formulating a wide range of cosmetic products with focusing on skin care, hair and body care.Addressing Seppic Inc customers’ technical questions. Performing workshop / training for customers, sales team, and Seppic distributor in Canada.Customer visits with sales team/ Preparing slides for Sepischool and Universities. Participating in industry events and trade shows to support marketing.Support Seppic customers for ongoing production activities by troubleshooting formulas.Support Seppic Inc Marketing/customer’s R&D with developing new ideas and products to launch new products by using Seppic products and troubleshooting of customer’s current products.Writing reports and reviewing technical documents, including formulation development protocols and reading other CTSC zones reports, monitoring stability tests and updating records and formulation documents in Study folders.Starting my career in early 90s, I worked in manufacturing of health care and personal care raw materials from Sulfonation of fatty alcohols to the production of household cleaners. I was awarded for achieving the best performance oven cleaner formulation in Asia. In the past 10 years, using Liquid Crystal Technique by using innovative emulsifiers from Seppic formulated many emulsion-based OTC products for North American cosmetic industries.I have graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry and I hold an MBA degree in project management. I have several written technical articles on natural formulations and have given several lectures on this matter in the US, Asia and Europe. My recent work on Transparent hydro-alcoholic composition was patented (Thanks to SEPPIC).My passion in innovations and performance led me to attain the level of Technical Community Leader (TCL) Local 1- Expert in Formulations and Emulsions-Cosmetics.I am expert in formulating of Health care, personal care and Beauty Care based on Natural products \"compliant to NPA \". My passion is creating the new and innovative products to meet customer’s needs.
