Colorado\\\\nI had the privilege of joining the Big Red F team during a transformative period when the world seemed to come to a standstill. Being welcomed into this family has been an incredible stroke of fortune. I became part of the team in 2021 as the General Manager of the original Post Chicken and Beer located in Lafayette, Colorado. Shortly thereafter, I had the opportunity to lead a new team in downtown Denver, overseeing the renovation of one of our retiring brands and transforming it into a vibrant new Post location in the Lower Highlands. The Big Red F restaurant group truly recognizes the value of its people and fosters an environment that encourages growth and empowers individuals to shine brightly. Since joining the team, I have had the privilege of taking on various roles and continuously advancing in my career.\\\\n\\\\nAs the Director of Operations for the Post Chicken and Beer and the Food Group, I am fortunate to interact with a multitude of inspiring individuals on a daily basis.
