As a Research Assistant at the SNF Complex Joint Reconstruction Center (CJRC) at the Hospital for Special Surgery, the nation’s top-ranked orthopedic hospital, I support prospective studies in revision arthroplasty and contribute to the world’s only dedicated database on revision arthroplasty outcomes. I coordinate patient enrollment and follow-up, manage clinical data in REDCap, and scrub into the operating room to capture intraoperative datapoints. This position provides valuable first-hand exposure to technically demanding revision procedures and rare cases, building on my prior orthopedic research experience while allowing me to learn directly from leaders in the field. I\'m excited to help advance innovation in joint reconstruction and contribute to improving outcomes for patients facing the most complex revisions.
