I then joined Common Living and grew to become Director of Property Management, overseeing a large portfolio across cities like NYC, Chicago, Charlotte, Boston, The DMV, Ottawa, Houston, and more—focused on lease-ups, transitions, and operations at scale.I\'ve since ventured out on my own, helping to build a growing vertically integrated property management company with assets in NYC, Raleigh, and Nashville, and co-owning Etico Management, a full-service third-party management operation based in Miami.My background includes everything from challenging lease-ups to alternative housing types like coliving, micro-units, and mixed-income developments.
