Conduct high-throughput screening of compound and amine libraries using proteomics LC-MS - Agilent RapidFire system and isoTOP-ABPP, isoDTB, shotgun fractionation to identify cysteine-reactive ligands and covalent modification for midnolin. Synthesized PROTACs using organic synthesis, peptide design, and NMR. Perform HiBiT and CTG assays in 22Rv1 to evaluate efficacy of compounds targeting AR-V7 in prostate cancer. Performed CETSA and Western blot of FOXO1 and PAX3 (P3F). Under supervision of Dr. Qian Shao
