I am a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in leading security, crisis management, and business continuity (SCCM) initiatives. Currently, I lead a shared services organization of 80 specialists at Equinor, overseeing global service delivery across the company\'s diverse portfolio. My earlier role as a Regional Security Advisor involved overseeing security deliveries, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with governance standards in South America and later in Europe & CIS.In addition to my corporate roles, I am the Co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Foot in Sport, a specialist sports consultancy based in London. Our services include venue finding, project management, event logistics, and more.I bring a unique perspective to my work, having served as a British Army officer with operational experience over a 9-year military career. As a dual British and Brazilian citizen, I am fluent in both English and Portuguese, which enhances my ability to navigate and manage diverse and complex environments.
