I’m an Associate Social Worker with a deep commitment to supporting healing, growth, and well-being. I bring a unique blend of experience across mental health, project management, and operations leadership—most recently completing clinical training at Kaiser Permanente, where I provided therapy to adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-empowered. I integrate modalities like CBT, ACT, and DBT, and have facilitated both individual therapy and psychoeducational groups.Before transitioning into social work, I led large teams in animal welfare and the beverage industry. Those years honed my leadership, strategy, and communication skills—tools I now bring into my clinical practice to foster trust, clarity, and collaborative care.I’m passionate about increasing access to mental health services, especially for underserved communities, and I’m eager to continue growing as a clinician dedicated to equity and relational healing.
