Advises Strength Management Program leadership on organizational strength management and accession planning issues and initiatives. Utilizes an understanding of organization structure, mission and goals to develop comprehensive staffing analysis and recommendations. In concert with the applicable Human Resource Subject Matter Experts, assists with the development of strategies that improve the organization\'s employee retention to better meet business requirements.Serves as a strategic partner on issues of importance to mission-essential goals such as turnover reduction, targeted hiring initiatives, as well as employee engagement and development. Provides advice and consultation to program leadership on effective hiring for mission critical occupations, difficult to fill, and high turnover positions.Assists with documentation of organizational strength management assessments. Researches and identifies possible courses of action to address problematic or potentially controversial situations with can be extraordinary, unique or otherwise contentious in nature. Aides in troubleshooting a diverse range of issues or concerns requiring an overall understanding of the total organization operation.Assists in the development of long range plans and recommendations to meet organizational goals, objectives and current and future needs. Establishes metrics to evaluate overall program accomplishment and progress in terms of overall organization goals. Identifies and researches technology to analyze trends and measure results.
