The support I provide includes- Governance services, in line with DC Code Standards, to ensure smooth and compliant operation of the workplace pension scheme- Communication consulting and engagement strategy creation, in line with the needs of the employee base- Direct engagement with pension scheme members including delivering presentations, workshops and 1-2-1 sessions- Liaison with pension providers as an escalation point as required, to assist both employers and members with obtaining the best possible levels of service- Default investment strategy suitability reviews and recommendation of potential alternative strategies, as appropriate- Provision of a wide range of project services as needed, including salary sacrifice implementation and workplace pension provider reviews- Consistent delivery of high-quality relationship management, with a strong, client-centric focus on clear communication
