ABOUT HARRIETTE FOSTER
I help leaders to connect with their strengths and lead from a place of deeper confidence so that they and their teams can do their best work.I support leaders on the things that matter most to them in becoming more confident in leading: building high performing teams, guiding organisations through change, navigating career transitions and stepping into more senior roles.I work as a coach, facilitator and advisor and bring a balance of curiosity, rigour and warmth to my approach. My aim is to create a space that feels safe enough for honest conversations and stretching enough for clients to create real change.I’ve seen that the leaders who perform best aren’t the ones pushing hardest, but are the people who’ve found a way to lead with flow, who are aware of what strengths they can draw on (and which they need to develop) and can show up with authenticity and ease.
