   Serve as team lead of the Avionic and Energy System section. Assist the section manager in implementing the vision for the section and guide, coach, and instruct team personnel in achieving the vision. Promote team capability advancement in the core area. Interface with internal or external customer, DTM, and project manager on behalf of the section manager when these functions are delegated by the section manager and are applicable based on department or section function. Provide administrative responsibility for personnel as assigned by the section manager. Provide input to the section manager on performance evaluations and conduct evaluations if delegated by the section manager. Provide inputs to the section manager for hiring and skills assignment. Maintain adherence to all applicable JETS and JSC policies, procedures, and work instructions. Develop procedures and work instructions for work performed by team members, when applicable. Implement JETS processes and procedures. Coordinate with the section managers to verify that the DTM, SM, and project manager have the necessary resources (people and facilities) to meet TO milestones and TO requirements, when applicable. Maintain adherence to technical, cost, and schedule milestones by project and work breakdown structure. Maintain active risk management (technical, cost, and schedule) on all projects and work functions. Verify technical correctness and review of team products. Manage team activities.
