I manage five B2C Social Media accounts with a collective following of individuals, using audience insights data to continuously analyse statistics and trends in order to test and optimise on-brand, engaging, upbeat and FCA-compliant content for each platform. I liaise closely with the Customer Sentiment, Internal Comms, PR, and Charity departments to drive our brand ethos and champion customer engagement. I am also responsible for managing Influencer Marketing campaigns, and I am the Financial Promotions and Delegated Authority Quality Champion for the Marketing Department, assisting my peers with Compliance queries to help ensure promotions are \'right first time\' and to maintain regulatory standards.
