Senior Operations Leader | Former Academic | Hypnobirthing teacherAs a Senior Manager at one of the UK’s fastest-growing EdTech companies, I lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of our pioneering Degree Apprenticeship programmes at Multiverse—proud to be the first apprenticeship provider with Degree Awarding Powers. I oversee a team of Delivery Leads, Coaches and Instructors who support apprentices in developing impactful, real-world skills through applied learning, ultimately earning a degree awarded by Multiverse.My role spans both people leadership and strategic operations, driving excellence in delivery while ensuring alignment with our wider mission to reshape education and open access to opportunity.I began my career in academia—earning a PhD in Applied Linguistics and holding a Senior Lectureship—before moving into the private sector to scale impact at pace.
