As the People and Culture Business Partner for Manufacturing across Canada and the US, I am responsible for multi-site HR leadership for 600+ employees across 7 facilities in Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton, Surrey, Rocklin, Ferndale and Knox. My focus is driving strategic initiatives that support operational excellence and employee experience. With a focus on workforce planning, leadership coaching, and performance management, I partner closely with site leaders ensuring our teams are empowered and aligned with business goals.I pride myself on driving talent initiatives aligned with operational priorities and strategic growth.
