ABOUT HARRIET CUTTER

I graduated from the University of Reading in 2015 with a 2:1 in History and Politics before spending 8 months working in the recruitment sector. Discovering my passion for working with people, I moved into HR, and am currently working as an HR Business Partner for a cell and gene therapy in Oxford. I have approximately 8 years of HR generalist experience, moving through HR Administrator and Advisor roles before my current BP role. I am CIPD Level 5 qualified and working towards my Level 7. I really enjoy building and maintaining relationships through my BP role, working on a variety of HR projects and supporting business leaders to achieve corporate objectives. I am an approachable and friendly individual, with strong organisational and team management skills. Highly ambitious and hard-working, I have a real passion to succeed and I enjoy working in a team.
